Accessibility Statement

Effective May 14, 2026. Last reviewed May 14, 2026.

Our commitment

TG Benefit Solutions, LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to ensure we provide equal access to our information and services. We believe that good insurance advice should be available to every Kansan, Missourian, and Nebraskan regardless of how they read the web.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. They define three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

tgbenefitsolutions.com targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance. We have completed an internal review against WCAG 2.2 success criteria using a combination of automated contrast checking and a manual review of code-level structure, labels, focus management, and keyboard accessibility. Findings from that review have been addressed in the current version of the site. We have not yet commissioned an independent third-party audit, and some edge cases may remain. We will update this statement when an independent audit has been completed.

Measures we take

TG Benefit Solutions takes the following measures to support accessibility of tgbenefitsolutions.com:

  • We include accessibility in our design and development process.
  • We use semantic HTML, descriptive alternative text on meaningful images, sufficient color contrast, and keyboard-navigable interactive elements.
  • We provide a skip link so people using assistive technology can move past the navigation directly to the main content of each page.
  • We size text in flexible units so that the site continues to read clearly when you adjust your browser zoom or font size.
  • We offer one-on-one help by phone, video call, email, or in person at our Clay Center, Kansas office for any quote, comparison, or enrollment task that the Site cannot accommodate.

Technical specifications

Accessibility of tgbenefitsolutions.com relies on the following technologies to work with the particular combination of web browser and any assistive technology or plugins installed on your computer: HTML, WAI-ARIA, CSS, and JavaScript. These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used.

Compatibility with browsers and assistive technology

tgbenefitsolutions.com is designed to be compatible with the current and prior major versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, used together with current screen readers, including NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and TalkBack. The Site may not be fully compatible with browsers that are more than two major versions out of date.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts to make tgbenefitsolutions.com accessible, there may be limitations. Below is a description of the limitations we are aware of. Please contact us if you encounter an issue not listed here, and we will do our best to help you and to fix the issue.

  • Carrier PDF documents. Plan brochures, Summary of Benefits and Coverage documents, prescription drug formularies, and similar PDF documents produced by insurance carriers may not be fully accessible because they are produced by third parties. If you need any of this information in an alternative accessible format, such as a plain-text email or a phone walkthrough, please contact us and we will get it to you promptly.
  • Embedded carrier quote and enrollment tools. Some quoting and enrollment platforms we use are operated by carriers or third-party vendors and may not meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We will gladly walk through any quote, plan comparison, or enrollment with you in person, by phone, or by video if these tools are not accessible to you.
  • Embedded BBB accreditation seal. The Better Business Bureau accreditation seal in our footer is provided by the BBB and rendered in an iframe we do not control.
  • Externally linked sites. Government sites such as Medicare.gov and Healthcare.gov are outside our control and may not meet the same accessibility standards as our Site.

Third-party content

Our Site may include or link to content provided by third parties, including insurance carriers, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Healthcare.gov, and the BBB. We do not control the accessibility of third-party content and cannot guarantee its conformance with accessibility standards. We will help you obtain the same information in an accessible format if you contact us.

Alternative formats

If you cannot access any information on this Site or need assistance using our services, please contact us. We are happy to provide information in alternative formats, including:

  • Large print
  • Plain text
  • Audio over the phone
  • One-on-one assistance by phone, video call, or email
  • In-person assistance at our Clay Center, Kansas office

Assessment approach

TG Benefit Solutions assessed the accessibility of tgbenefitsolutions.com by the following approaches:

  • Internal code review of every public-facing page and shared layout component against WCAG 2.2 success criteria, including landmarks, heading structure, labels, link purpose, focus management, keyboard accessibility, image alternatives, and ARIA usage.
  • Programmatic color contrast verification of every text and UI-component color combination used on the site, with adjustments applied to meet WCAG 2.1 success criteria 1.4.3 (Contrast Minimum) and 1.4.11 (Non-text Contrast) on every background color in the palette.
  • Verification that the site respects the user's prefers-reduced-motion preference and that scroll-driven animations are disabled or parked for users who request reduced motion.

An independent third-party accessibility audit has not yet been commissioned and is planned as the site matures. Findings from any future audit will be reflected in an update to this statement.

Formal approval

This statement was approved by Trisity Gurney, Owner, TG Benefit Solutions, LLC, on May 14, 2026. It will be reviewed at least annually and updated as our Site, the WCAG standard, or applicable law changes.
